Langkawi Travel Bubble Requirements?

Ministry of Health of Malaysia (Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia) has tighten the SOPs for international tourists who want to travel to Malaysia without quarantine with some new terms and conditions.

“For Malaysian and Non-Malaysian who want to come to Malaysia – with booster dose only”

Here, we make your life easy by listing down what you need to travel into Malaysia.

First: Contact a travel agency in Malaysia with Motac License to get a quotation on the Langkawi Travel Bubble Package 5 days 4 nights.

Basic requirement for the Langkawi Travel Bubble Package 5 days 4 nights are: two ways airport transports, day 3 and day 5 Antigen Test Transfers and 4 nights in Langkawi – others -are not mandatory.

Second: Decide on which hotel you want to stay, give the date, let us check the room availabilities. Need to lock the hotel’s room before proceeding to flight purchasing. You need to secure a room before you come to Langkawi. Ticket can buy at own.

Third: Get your Returns Flight ticket (In and Out Malaysia), make sure the incoming flights to KLIA then to Langkawi is in the same ticket, or, you need to check through the luggage from your departing country. You will face problem of luggage delayed, luggage lost if you do not issue the flights in the same ticket or do not check through your luggage.

Up to today(16 Feb 2022), only Mas Airline fly from KLIA to Langkawi. Earliest Flight is at 9am and latest flight is at 8pm. So, make sure you have at least 4 to 6 hours transit time in KLIA before boarding to your KL Langkawi flight.

Starting 22 Feb 2022, you can land in KLIA 2, and fly from KLIA 2 to Langkawi.

If you are using difference airlines to Langkawi, then you need to present the flight ticket from your original country, and to tell the airline that you are flying to Langkawi using Mas, then they can load and make sure your luggage will be onboard to the flight to Langkawi. You can fly in to Langkawi from Singapore too.

Fourth: Now, after purchasing the flights tickets, you pay for the package. We will send you documents for print (Confirmation Order, Invoice, Official Receipt, Motac Lisence). At your side, you need to have Health Declaration Form, Insurance Policy with minimum insured amount of USD 50 000, Vaccine Certificate(Dose 1, Dose 2, Booster Dose), passport, visa(if applicable), and return flight tickets.

Fifth: Now, print out all those documents, and get your Covid test 48 hours before your flight to KLIA, send to us via whatapps or email. And, say Hi to Langkawi

Checklists before you fly to Malaysia:

1. Passport
2. Vaccine Certificates (Dose 1, Dose II, Booster Dose)
3. Insurance Policy with minimum USD 50 000 coverage.
4. Flight tickets include return flight (in and out Malaysia)
