What is not included?

• Marine park tax & Johor national park fee.
• Tourism Tax (for Non Malaysian Guests).
• Any other items that are not mentioned in the “includes” section.

NOTE:

1. Itinerary and package content is subject to last minute changes due to weather or operational issue.
2. Activity stated is provided on complimentary basis, no refund will be made for cancellation of activities due to weather or operational issue.
3. Child between 2-11 years old is applied with child rate.
4. Child below 2 years old is free of charge.
5. Please note that Ferry Schedule will only be advised on every third week of the month.
6. Surcharge of RM10 per room per night tourism tax is applicable for Non Malaysian guests.
7. The tour agency is not liable on any early / late departure or cancellation of ferry trip by the ferry operator due to any unforeseen circumstances or unsafe sea conditions.
