Arrival at KK airport, meet and greet by your tour guide and then we will drive for 2.5 hours to Kinabalu Park (Unesco World Heritage Site).
En Route, we will visit Nabalu Town where a variety of local fruits, vegetables and handicrafts are sold.
03.00 pm Arrived at Kinabalu Park.- Enjoy the refreshing cool air as you head to the Botanical Garden for a guided walk. The Kinabalu Park botanical garden has an impressive collection of mountain flora and showcases some of the many species of plants that can be found within the park.
Kinabalu Park – Kinabalu Park is located approximately 100 kilometers east of Sabah’s Capital; Kota Kinabalu (KK). The road in from KK is a continuous steady ascent as it snakes its way up the mountain foothills of the park. You’ll immediately notice the altitude, with temperatures rapidly dropping once you reach the Kinabalu park entrance, which sits at 1550 meters.

09.00 hrs: Breakfast at hotel. Check out & proceed for 1 hour 30 mins journey to Poring Hotspring.
Once arrived, proceed for 40-meter-high tree-top Canopy Walkway, a suspension bridge constructed with ropes, steel cables, aluminum ladders, walking planks to cover the open rungs of the ladders and netting at both sides for safety.
Don’t forget to take a dip into a hot Sulphur bath which helps to reduce stress by relaxing tense muscles as well as promote good sleep.
We will then transfer you to Sepilok (estimated 5 – 6 hrs drive). Lunch will be prepared for you en route at local restaurant.

07.30 am: Proceed to visit Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre & The Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre (BSBCC).
Witness the feeding of Orang-Utan from a platform in the forest and later watch the 25 minutes scheduled video documentary show.
Today, we will also visit Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary, where you can see Borneo’s indigenous proboscis monkeys & gives you the chance to observe these animals up close and personal.
Drive for about 2.5hrs drive through rustic countryside studded with villages, check in hotel.
Dinner will be prepared at the hotel. After dinner and subject to weather conditions, follow in-house naturalist for a Night Walk in search of nocturnal mammals.
Return to hotel. Rest & relax.

Wake up to the calls of birds, insects and animals: This means you will be staying in a lodge or accommodation that is located in the heart of the jungle. The sounds of the forest will be your natural alarm clock, and it’s a wonderful way to start the day feeling connected to nature.
6:00 am: Take a morning cruise up to The Kinabatangan River and onto Kelenanap Ox-Bow Lake for bird watching and in search of other wildlife: This is the perfect time to see wildlife as the animals are most active in the morning.
You will take a boat ride up the Kinabatangan River, which is known for its rich biodiversity and diverse ecosystem. As you cruise along the river, you’ll have the opportunity to spot a variety of bird species, including hornbills and kingfishers, as well as primates like proboscis monkeys and macaques.
Take a short Jungle walk (if weather permits) and experience the wilderness of Borneo before returning to the lodge for breakfast: If the weather is good, you will be able to take a short walk through the jungle to get a closer look at the flora and fauna. This is a great opportunity to learn about the different plants and animals that call the jungle home.
Free at leisure to explore the surrounding areas or nearby village: After breakfast, you’ll have some free time to explore the surrounding areas or visit a nearby village. You could take a stroll around the lodge, relax in a hammock and soak up the peaceful atmosphere, or chat with some of the locals to learn more about their way of life.
04.00pm: In the late afternoon, you’ll take another boat ride along the Kinabatangan River to see more wildlife and enjoy the scenery as the sun sets. You’ll be able to see different animals and birds compared to the morning cruise as some species are more active at different times of the day. This is also a great time to spot some nocturnal animals like civets and owls.

01.30 pm: Upon arrival in Sipadan-Mabul Resort, you will be welcome with welcome drinks, and you will then have your lunch.
Please note breakfast time is 7am to 9am, lunch time is 12pm to 2pm, and dinner time will be at 7.00pm to 9.00pm.

What you can do after check in?
1) Snorkeling around the property. You may follow the dive boat to the dive sites for snorkeling without additional charge excluding equipment.
The equipment rental price for each item as below (subject to 6% service tax) can rent at dive center.
2) Walk on the lover bridge during sunset for stunning sunset views and can take numerious nice pics. It is a 30 minutes to 1 hour walk. You can watch sunset at the end of the bridge – the sunset at Sipadan Mabul Resort is stunning. Mabul Water Bungalow and Sipadan Mabul Resort is under same management. They are linked together.
3) You can watch sunrise at the glass chapel. The view is stunning.
4) Mabul Island is home to the Sea Gypsies (Bajau Laut), you can take nice pictures of them kayaking on their own wooden boat, they will be around the island and around the resort. You can buy some seafoods from them and ask the Sipadan-Mabul Resort to cook for you. Cooking charges from RM 38 to RM 68. For seafood such as lobster, crab, shell etc. You can always buy from the Bajau Laut people from the resort platform.

07.00 am: After breakfast and lunch, check out, boat depart from Mabul is at 7am, 11am and 2 pm. If you choose to leave at 2pm, then you can have lunch first before you leave Mabul Island.
After 45 minutes boat rides, you will arrive in Semporna at around 3pm, pick up and we will send you to Tawau Airport to catch your flight.
