OPTIONAL TOUR: Half Day Shamanism Tour in Nepal
Description: The Shaman checks for bad energy or spirits in your body after divination. If they find any, they suggest what to do. If it’s simple, they treat it now. If it’s complicated, they tell you what to do. If nothing is wrong, they do a blessing ceremony and use drum sound healing. We pick you up from your hotel and take you to the Shaman temple near Thamel. A guide explains Shamanism, its importance in Nepal, and the consultation process.
Total Tour Duration is around 2 hours.
We only ask for a fee of USD 40 per person for transportation and translator services, with a minimum requirement of two participants. The consultation with the shaman operates on a donation basis, and you are free to contribute as you wish. Your guide/translator will provide more information if you’re interested.

05.15am: Pick up from hotel in Pokhara. We will bring you for the Sarangkot sunrise tour. NOTE: Sarangkot (1592m) is the highest view point for the sunrise in Pokhara area. You will reach Sarangkot easily by a 45-minute drive by a car to the top from Pokhara, and then a 45-minute hike up to the main viewing point.
06.00am: Sunrise at Sarangkot.
07.00am: After the sunrise tour, we will return to the hotel for breakfast.

10.00am: You will begin your 30–45 minutes Paragliding Tour after a short briefing by the pilot. Pokhara in Nepal is the world’s best paragliding spot with amazing views of the Annapurna range of mountains and beautiful landscape around Pokhara valley including the virgin Mt Fishtail (Machhapuchhre), Lamjung Himal, Annapaurna, Himal, Himchuli, Phewa lake, rice field, rivers and settlements.
10.30am: You will land at Phewa Lake Side. We will pick you up and bring you back to your hotel.
12.00pm: Pick up from your hotel for lunch at Thakali Kitchen Restaurant. NOTE: This restaurant has the nicest Thakali Dhal Bhat in Pokhara according to the locals and tourists. Rest and relax after lunch.
