Term & Conditions:

• Validity: 1 April till 31 August 2023.
• Confirmation of package is subject to room availability.
• Room reservation is required to make at least 3 days in advance from the check-in date.
• 3D2N Genting SkyWorlds Ticket redemption must be on the 2nd day check in.
• Sustainability fee of RM 3 imposed in accordance with the hotel (Pahang) and Tourism Tax of RM10.00 per room per night, both fees will be collected by hotel front office upon guest check in.
• Refund will not be issued if room package cancelled or unutilized.
• All entitlements are valid during stay date and not chargeable for cash / refund.
• No amendment or cancellation is allowed once full payment collected.
• Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.

Surcharge Per Room / Night:

• RM 120 Per Room Per Night on Friday, Saturday, Eve of Public Holidays & Public Holidays.
• Dates of Public Holidays: 22 – 23 April (Hari Raya Puasa) , 30 April – 1 May (Labour Day)
